<br />Too bad we can't ask the bloggers at AI to do a dump of the ROM and let us Flash ours to 6.5 <img src="http://www.modaco.com/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":angry:" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" /> <br /><br />Guess we'll have to wait till Sept/Oct.<br /><br />Ed<br />

Why don't you just ask? And suggest format? :D

Where is the transparent top and bottom bars?

This looks exactly like 6.1! I am begining to worry...

The transparent top and bottom bars must be activated by the home-plugin, so it doesnt show because samsung dont want it...

Samsung replaced nearly everything of windows mobile with samsung touchwiz 2.0 so you cant see the diffrents from 6.1 and 6.5...

The big changes will come with 6.5.1 in February...

@ciboonia:

On October 1st... Windows Mobile 6.5 comes out officially...

But in February 2010 there will come a touch-patch which will optimice the UI for better touch...

6.5 hasnt really changed much. the rtm version was actually very stable and improved over 6.1.

however the version currently know as 6.5.1 is a totally different animal. Its not too bad though, MS seems to be doing a good job at it, but the build which are currently leaking are pretty buggy.
