Oww, Shiny  :D
I'm going to try this, Perhaps it is going to save me time in finding the program i want to start. Almost any thing is better then a "Random" start menu.

Edit: ok so the links are still in the same order. Is there a fast method of sorting them the way i like it. A sort of Drag to where you want it system? or just up and down buttons.

I just update the thread in my signature with a freeware application which can do that, if you want to have a look.

OK Problem...What I would *really* like to do is to organize every start menu shortcut I have into folders...
Games, Office, Multimedia, Online, Navigation, Messaging, Personal, and System...
I see exactly how the folderset icons work and I know how to change them, so that's cool.
JMWD Icon changer can also do this ;)
So I used the WM File Explorer to move all my shortcuts into different folders, and on some of them it says "Moving this shortcut could cause programs not to work" -- ... It's a shortcut, not an app...so what the hell?  So I just clicked OK and moved them anyways.  Then I soft reset, and a lot of them are back in the root folder once again.  Uber annoying...is there any way around this?
Is this because I have the Verizon version of the phone?  *Sigh*

Maybe they are ROM files, so when you move them, they are restored to their default location on first reboot?

Meh, that sucks...even on Symbian OS you can customize the menu to whatever you want lol...oh well.

EDIT:

Well I don't know how or why, but after screwing around and going into every single folder I made with the JWMD app, after soft reset the shortcuts I was referring to are gone!  Woohoo!!!  Now I gotta find a nicer icon set...Google to the rescue!
