NP, for your ROM do this: d/l the att. file and switch with the original @ Sys->LockScreenEA/NonEA (whichever is there)->LS_LockScene_240x400

I came across the HTC Start-up you posted. I replaced the 'HTC' with 'Omnia'. It was my first time doing something like this and I think it turned out pretty good. Let me know what you guys think.

I used Adobe ImageReady to edit gif files. It breaks down the animation to the individual frames and you can edit them one by one

I know it is old, but I think, it cannot be problem. I think, somebody have a cab of keyboard, so I am looking for these ones, and I wanna the them to upload it.

It's cool, but you can screw up your device when trying to upgrade...
