I have an Omnia II and tried to flash it with both Secany's rom and someone elses. I am doing the flashing on XP SP3 and the first time I tried with Secany's the download went successfully and the device went to reboot but a split second after the OMNIA icon splash screen, it went black and I have to pull the battery out to put it into download mode again. I tried next with someone elses. Same problem. Then I tried to flash it with the I8000NXXIJ8 CSC and I got past the splash screen and it went into the language setup screen that says "Do not turn off. It takes about 10 minutes." I left it for about 1/2 an hour and still nothing. My phone is now a paperweight and I have NO IDEA what to do! Please can someone please help me. I'm getting VERY mad and jealous of how simple it is to upgrade iPhones. EVEN with custom FW files. BTW I used secany's latest release for 6.5. Thanks in advance. I really need help. Hi there, my recommendation is to bring it back to samsung service center.. your situation may be even beyond the abilities of the pros here. let uncle sammy help u out.
