I think its way better than WM start menu :P :( :( extract file to a folder on your PC . I use 7ZIP,copy file to your phone . I use storage card. open file and place in a file call it new menu2 (or something that you remember)that you HAVE MADE in win start menu. Kind of a neat feature would you agree? :P :( Actually, it shows all currently running programs, and the amount of ram that each is using. It also will show you the processes that are running in the back ground as well. It's not limited to what is just running from the start menu. It will show you every thing that is running on your phone regardless if you opened it or if it is a necessary process running for the OS. This main menu is a cool little app. The only thing I do not like about it, is that it does not close when you hit the X button. It will still run in the background. You have to close it with Task Manager every time if you do not run it to run and use ram constantly. Not a big issue since it only uses about 2.5mb.
