This is a lite (or ultralite) rom based on I8000NXXJE2.
This ia a WM 6.5 rom, if you want a WM 6.5.3 rom, please check here: http://www.modaco.co...-lite-20100511/

I only test this in English, and the MUI files for other languague are removed from rom.
If you need other language, or you want to add some package to rom, or want to remove some files from rom, please build a new one by yourself.
Here is the script and package setting for JE1 lite rom, if you choose 'My OEM' and 'Samsung Keypad' in BuildOS, you will build a rom 99% same (I remove all .rgu files from dump folder, and change remove some setting from registry and initflashfiles.dat before exit BuildOS) with this one.

Note:
1. Please use OCTANS Downloader 2.14 or later version
2. for most samsung's app:
   if it need choose file, it will launch dll in File Manager (My Files)
   if it need choose picture/video, it will launch dll in Photo Album (Photo)
   if it need upload file to some communities sites, it will launch SharePix (Communities)
   so... you need to install File Manager (My Files), Photo Album (Photo) and SharePix (Communities) for them.
3. If you need to choose contact when write an email or sms from phonebook or calllog, you need to install Samsung Phonebook and Samsung Callog.
4. You need to reboot the device after install FM Radio.
5. Execute 'Restore Connections' in 'Samsung Settings' if you can't use data link for 3.5G or via ActiveSync
6. You need to flash the official rom before flash lite rom if you want to use PowerDic (the files in my storage hidden partition).
7. You can use the JE1 lite CSC created by me, or any CSC you like (even no CSC).

After my full instalation of programs, starts with ROM=224 and RAM=74
Finaly with Garmin and SPB 3.5.3 ROM=195  RAM=62
Very good for me... Looks and feel a bit better than my favorite Gary's Lite JD4...

no, less ram available compare to 6.5.3.

Oh too bad... I have a 12Mb PP with your JE1 ROM and have 155 Mb total in RAM. Had some hopes this one would give us more available RAM at boot, since 6.5 always seem lighter than 6.5.3

now I regret installing the widgetPlus homescreen becos it's basically the same as JC2 widget homescreen with minor modifications (no transitional effect when switching between pages and s***!)

Do you include 'My OEM' and either 'Samsung Keypad' or 'MS IME' in your rom?
there must have some IME in the rom, so you need either 'Samsung Keypad' or 'MS IME' or both.
