Yes, OCK is very good cooker...
On Omnia2, I can you recommend ultra lite ROM from Twu2. This is still the best.

Maybe Twu2 make JF5 soon...

or you can try ROMs from Gary Cruther, he doing good work(stable and very fast ROMs)

but it´s not a ultralite, only lite with some Samsung stuff

sinantinkaya's ROM has the highest free amount of ram  ...... if you can live with a few minor quirks .... such as not using usb active sync

but as of now JF5 and JE2 roms feels to me the fastest in terms of performance ..... i'm currently on TWU2's JE2 lite ... waiting for a more stable JF5 lite R0M

i'd also recommend sinan's rom, but the lightest one is based on wm 6.1 and it has the most annoying bug ever : 3-6 seconds delay on incoming calls. This means you will lose all the short calls you will get.
Right now i'm using twu2's JE1 lite rom. Fast, stable, no bugs so far. I've tried alot of roms around here. I was also used with ock's roms on my omnia 1. BEst roms ever. When i moved to omnia 2, i had a shock : i had more free ram on my old omnia with ock's rom than on omnia 2 . It sunds crazy, but it's true. So far there no "ultralite omnia style" rom around. Maybe sinan's 6.1 rom, but, read above. We have to wait until a chef will do it :D.

to solve the ring delay just install Samsung dialer.
