Plenty of stock online at the moment.
Also worth a note, the accessories are discounted as well (not from pcworld though??), so the dock for example is £25 and 10% off with a vega, £22.50 for the dock is well worth it in my oppinion.
Dock and vega work out at £222.48 delivered, plus a fiver odd back from quidco.

I purchased a Vega at Dixons - Gatwick Airport North terminal today. £180 I got it at the tax free price, even though i was only flying up to Manchester.

If you got it tax free , then you paid too much.

But its not tax free in dixons at the airport, just slightly discounted from high street prices

£159.99 .. they appear to have gone back up 20quid on the normal Currys site, so not sure if they will go up at the outlet too.

Refurbs have been going for 139 on the currys/pcworld ebay shop for a while now. Nice price. I had to grab one.

i really hate the muppets that are buying tablets like these and the hptouchpad and the reselling them on ebay with crazy markups.  Retailers should limit numbers imho

Well I got my Android tablet, Shuttle P10an01(identical to the vega) and installed the TR honeycomb rom.  It is an awesome rom.

This website has amazing info and support.  That is one of the reasons I bought this unit. As well as the Skype video support(very important).

I am not from the UK, so the Advent vega is not sold anywhere near me. I was able to source my tablet from www.buyadroid.blogspot.com. It was USD 362 with fedex delivery.  Way better pricing than the XOOM.

A friend bought one of the very same refurb units from PCWorld via eBay (for £129) last week.
On Sunday we followed the instructions on this forum and successfully flashed his unit to VegaComb 9n_update  first time, with no issues  

So they are a bargain at that price!

i sure wish they would sell to USA. i have tried to contact them for arrangements. iwant to buy 3. no reply. guess i need to pay couple grand for trip to eurpoe to get vega.

The Vega is available and in stock at Currys and PC World (but not Dixons), at the reduced price of £199.  It was that price earlier this year, then increased to £229, but has been reduced back just in time for Christmas.  They have refurbs for £30 less as well.  See the link below:
