Guest DBDB Posted January 17, 2011 Report Share Posted January 17, 2011 Hi All I have samsung omina.my problem is I can't touch anything on screen but I go repair mobile shop. they said not touch screen problem is software ware problem. they said we can update for but all the data deleted. I don't want to deleted because I didn't back up. So many files,record calls,photo I don't want deleted. 1. There any idea I can back up and then I update phone? 2. Any software I can update phone but my data still inside? 3. Have any software I can download for my phone backup to computer? Please help me out soon as possible. Thanks very much. If you plug your USB into the computer, what happens? Does your my storage come up? or if your on XP can you click Windows Mobile Device in My Computer? If so then you can get into every file. DB Using USB cable synchronize, click on explore>My Window mobile>Then Select My Document or My Storage, on PC you open folder my document then transfer one by one, if photo you can find inside DCIM, other way difficult because your phone touch screen not function. Using USB cable synchronize, click on explore>My Window mobile> also cant do this way. i ask mobile repair they said is software problem not screen problem. 3. Mr.Kimitza if i flash the rom again u are 100% sure data,message in side not be deleted ? before i flash 2 times i cant find anything in my phone all data deleted. plz give me the rom link which one is good n latest one. 4. http://www.dotfred.net/ i cant this download on my phone. 5. i try www.spritesoftware.com/products/sprite-backup/full-edition but doesn't help.
