Jep, worked fine.
Issue: The button row is not fully activ - "Home", "Menu" and "Back" are not available, "PenOptions" is available.
That's by design. Honeycomb = soft buttons.

Hi, My flyer is still stock with only the few updates that I got OTA. Would I have to first root my device or s-off before I can

follow this guide? Or are all these procedures included in the guide?

Thanks guys

Think you have skipped step 9:

Flash your device's radio with the Honeycomb radio with the fastboot command 'fastboot flash radio stock-hc-flyer-radio.img'

so what should i do. the instructions say not to "Do NOT under any circumstances run the RUU in it's entirety nor  'fastboot flash rom.zip' - this will make irreversible changes that you  don't want!"

Think you need the stock RUU that came with you wi-fi Flyer.

You need to double check, but think it could be this:

RUU_Flyer_HTC_WWE_Wifi_1.36.1114.32_Radio_20.3501. 30.089BU_3809.05.04.10_M_release_191235_signed

You'll find it on XDA here: http://forum.xda-dev...d.php?t=1062184

But as I said double check if this is the right one for your wi-fi version.

Speaking for myself here, but I always check these things before I start changing roms and flash in case I need info in the future.

If you didn't check this I would ask in the Modaco irc channel in irc.freednode.net server.

Because you would have verified this in step 1 of the guide...

You MUST flash the radio regardless of your device type.

You MUST do all steps of the guide.

You MUST ensure you have a RUU to match your device version if you want a 'safety net'.

Flash the Gingerbread RUU that matches your previously installed version.

Hi,
It seems the ROM for USA bestbuy flyers isn't available anywhere, so I am stuck in the bootloader unlocking step, as I skipped the flashing radio step.
I see there are a few people stuck here too.
Is there anything we can do to solve this issue?

Maybe use a goldcard with a 'higher numbered' WiFi RUU from another region?
