hi i got this ph as a gift ya... n everythin is fine except, it doesnt take the sd card......wen ever i insert the card it says 'sd cn b removed safly'.. it just refuses to take card .....the card is fine i tested on the pc and in another ph as well....n i tried different card too but no response...can anyone help me wit this????

I had exactly the same problem. Have you put the back of the phone on? there is apparently some sort of clip in the phone that only allows the sd card to be read if the back cover is in place! have a mess around with it and see if this is the issue, worked for mine!

Yes, when you take the back off a play then the SD card is automatically unmounted ... think SE say this is a safety feature to avoid the card getting corrupted by being pulled when still active.
