hi every one
i have samsung I8000 omnia II
the problem is that the mobile won't start most cases stop at the orange screen when windows trademark appeare

i want to update it but the computer won't recognize it in that time

please help me I am new to this section
i am planning to format it and install a new system any advise,suggestion will help me alot
