GAPPS not showing up after full wipe.
Seem to install ok in CWM, but no sign of them when phone boots. No Google welcome screen on first boot, and no Google apps in app drawer.
Reboot makes no difference.

If you install it in CWM you lose Google apps. Only the OTA keeps them.

Well I've done it several times today testing the OTA mechanism from different versions, so I wouldn't know.

Pull battery out, start in recovery, try again and see if it works.

Daz, i thought i had flashed your CWM but i guess i didnt so i had CWM v4
I did OTA update and now im stuck at splash screen (yes i can enter recovery). Guess the only way now is a full wipe

If you have any problems with the flash (non-booting etc) just boot in to CWM (power + vol up) and install the zip in the cmupdater folder on your SD card. You'll need to reinstall Google apps too if you're flashing manually.
If you have those issues, they're recovery device bugs. I believe they're being worked on.
Most of the time the OTA succeeds, though.
