It has AGAIN been given '... a full service, including a software upgrade. I told the shop manager that if I have to bring it back again, I shall expect a replacement or I shall be taking matters up with Vodafone and/or heading for the small claims court. This has to be the worse handset I have ever purchased. If I thought I could get a decent price for it, I am tempted to sell.
