This is my build of Dees-Troy's Team Win Recovery Project (TWRP) 2.6.3.0. This recovery is common to all ZTE devices with board name atlas40 (e.g. ZTE Blade III, ZTE Acqua, V889D, V880E etc). TWRP is a popular touch based recovery and everything should be working in this build.

Do not use this recovery to flash official updates from ZTE website! You need to repack them for custom recovery or use the stock recovery to install.

How to install:
The same you would install any other recovery image (ClockWorkMod or stock).

Sources for the recovery are available in my github. You can (eventually) compile it yourself using OmniROM source tree.

Like my work?

New version. Enabled support for file security labels. This or the latest version of CWM will be most likely required to install any possible(?) future CM11 builds.

Thanx you, KonstaT!

TWRP is more confortable than CWM. But I do not know: TWRP backup file go in CWM recovery, and CWM backup file go in TWRP? :)

No, always make a new backup in the recovery you're using.

KonstaT I would like to update the recovery to 2.8.x.x    I`ve already compiled it and tested with:

adb reboot bootloader

fastboot boot nameofrecovery.img

I can see all partitions and sdcard contents in recovery but I cant mount via usb sdcard/mtd to computer

They just recently added MTP support to TWRP. If you want to continue using UMS, there's a compile time flag to disable MTP. If you want to test if using MTP works, you should at least change the USB config in init.recovery.atlas40.rc to reflect ZTE MTP mode.

Ok I thought I`d share an updated version of TWRP V2.8.1.0 as there has been alot of updates since KonstaT released V2.6.3.0, all works fine apart from UMS but MTP works no problem for file transfer.

How to install: Same method as any other recovery.img,Follow KonstaTs guide http://www.modaco.com/topic/360389-recovery-clockworkmod-6049-for-zte-blade-iii/ adjust the .img names accordingly.

Note: Easiest method is if you already have a Custom recovery installed use the flashable .zip version
