Guest Naikkon Posted February 11, 2014 Report Share Posted February 11, 2014 (edited) Hello today i flash a custom ROM http://www.modaco.com/topic/369189-rom-411-emotion-ui-23/ All well but after 20 min i go back to stock rom B199 [G510] and try to download Titanium from store and i got the "403: error. then i instaled CM 11/ slimkat and finali stock [from dload] and after 3 hours i can download from market. i put a y300 eu baseband =not working please someone help me !! i try to download whithout internet [wifi 3g] and instant got 403 error Edited February 11, 2014 by Naikkon Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You are not the only one with this problem, various users with various devices are affected bat only a small percentage! It all smells like some server did melt down! You can try to create another Google account & use it until this is resolved! Or just use browser to access a play store in the mean time...
