Guest awarner Posted March 5, 2011 Report Share Posted March 5, 2011 If you are buying it direct from Dell I would expect it to be SIM unlocked unless they are selling it with a contract? Their sales team should be able to advise you though. As for holding the device I'm not sure what store may have them, especially as they are so new.
