No unknown bugs for now, this ROM is pretty stable... I think is enough for daily use (unless you use Wifi hotspot, of course, but it's not my case). Because in my previous phones (Samsung Galaxy Ace, for eg.) Spirit FM worked like a charm with CM10/10.1. And the official CM7 for Ace had radio that worked fine too.
