Where did the developer/performance options go?
Tap on the build number 5 times in "About phone".

Where did the recovery reboot option go?
It has to be enabled in developer options, "Advanced reboot".

can you apply the transparent status bar patch? it works smoother than higher graphics mode in our device

I don't make any advanced change in cm11.. it's practically cm11 by dazzozo with voip fix and last cm changes.. In the next week i want to start make cool changes and improvements on performance

VLC doesn't automatically choose not to use the hardware decoder. I have to change the setting by hand, otherwise VLC won't play videos. Could that be changed, so that the rom won't use the hardware decoder?

Yes, because in CM11 ART is bugged ;)

I think the only problem of this rom was just randomly reboot for some high processing. such as Web browsing, opening so many apps, and so on.

Once you fix it, this rom would be so awesome.
