I don't really know much about the bugs that some roms carry, but the truth is that developers here are making and have made an incredible job, I just wondered what your opinion is when it comes to the best roms till now (which one would you recomend?) Not including roms with bugs or stuff like hardware decoding problems /I don't even know what that is- if someone can answer that, it'd be great. So, can you help?
