Is there a way to prevent waking up the device ONLY by pushing the unlock button?

NRG said that he dont want any mirrors, because he want to know how many that is using his roms, so if there is mirrors here, he dont know how many that has downloaded the ROM. and it may be that he then stops making i8000 ROMs.

NRG needs our help! His laptop is no more, it has self-distructed. He is also been unemployed lately. We cannot get any new NRG Roms unless he can build them and up-load with a computer. All the other threads have been donating him so he can buy a new laptop and get back on line. As far as I can see no one from our thread has helped him yet. Lets do what we can do to help him. I will be glad to be the first .......donation sent...... confrimtion #49L023760F070611K.

I like to do these things in privite but maybe after reading this you will try and help him too. I love his Roms and miss them already as we are behind his last Rom (29005) because his computer crashed before he could up-load it to us.

Do what you can to help him so he will keep building ROMS for our O2. Don't let everyone else donate him as we just stand by and do nothing. He has changed the way my phone works and looks (for the good) and I know you all feel the same, so give him a little help if you can afford it.

Let's hope people do read your post better than mine. I believe that our phones are better thanks to NRG Roms and I know that just my donation is not enough. That's why I would like to encourage anybody who can to make a donation. I read on another thread that if we can afford our expensive phone and a data plan we can spare some too... I happen to agree on that.

Thanx for the roms but I have one problem. I use Samsung Kies to backup my COntacts and then resync them. But after Insatlling one of the Sense roms I cannot sync with Kies. It does not recognize. Any Ideas.

But I'm missing so much the "Action" function in NRGZ's ROM...

Is that possible to release only the "Action" app or other ways to setup ??

I have 2 little problems using 21916 Sense 2.5 energy and is that when I change to compact menu layout and restart, the menu doesnt respond or takes too long time.

the second one is in the lock screen it shows me the date incomplete thnks.

any help with this little issues?

As much as I'm trying to love them, I've found a lot of bugs that really interfere in its usage. Maybe there is something that fixes that and I haven't figured it out? I've read the last 50 pages of this thread and haven't answered these:

- Pretty much every time, after entering menus and such, the phone freezes or won't come back from lock screen - have to remove battery many times a day

- The CHT Editor, 1 out of 3 times, crashes and the "Menu" button doesn't respond anymore (in order to apply changes)

- The most critical bug; many applications open for 5 seconds or so and close themselves while I'm looking at them (they are in the foreground). Some of them are the "Action" button (I think it shows an app from HTC) and the Touch Player

As an addition... I've deleted the shortcut in the Start Menu of "Rotate Screen" and now I want to assign that action to a button and the program doesn't show. Maybe the .exe was what was in the Start Menu? In any way, can somebody confirm me this and if the item is a .lnk where is it pointing at?

I had the same issue with NRG and Rapid Roms. I uninstalled the File Explorer Extension and never have had that issue again.

As far as I know that is how Action button works, but never had that issue with the touch player, and I use it all the time.

Sorry to bother you, but could you upload that .lnk? I created it myself but I'm trying to rebuild it as it was original in the ROM, and I think I remember that the icon was something yellowish (instead of the blue icon of the .exe)

In fact, there's no need to even upload it, just if you please open it with notepad and let me know the line inside so I can recreate it in my phone.

The nov 14 ROM was a 28244 ROM. If I recall correctly starting with the dec 2 ROM it was a 231xx ROM. Now back to 28244. Wonder why.

Oh, you meant the Windows release? Well, at least NRG seems to have pushed it forwards (since it's tagger December 20). I wonder what the changes are; I'll flash this later but in those are some subtle things I probably won't notice...
