MECX, sorry, my bad, thought you meant Orange wouldnt release it, got confuddled

i quite like the look of it actually, the actual casing is a lot smoother than the original spv and has the nice rounded edges of the e100/e200, and *if* this thing has a 200mhz processor we would be talking proper gaming Smartphone :)

Was just being flippant before! I agree that the more choice and variety available the better. Its just that like many others here, I'm eagerly awaiting the E200 update. I sent mine back due to the problems discussed on other threads, and can't wait to get one again when these things are ironed out. This new QTEC 8060 does look good, and perhaps the older speaker design means it won't suffer the E200 buzz. We wait in anticipation.

Hmmm. Guessing this particular HTC Smartphone will never hit the UK market. Shame as I really liked the styling.

The HTC Charlotte is dead, long live the HTC Typhoon!

I just got my Qtek 8060, and it works fine except that I cannot find any navigation software for unit. TomTom does not guarantee that their latest product is compatible. Does anyone here know what navigation software is compatible with the Qtek 8060?

I also need maps. Scandinavia as minimum but it would be great if someone here knew of a product with which you can get maps of Europe and the USA.
