For software unlock, you can do a search for OTA in this forum, and you will find a link to the Orange Developers site, which will unlock it for you. Good luck. Guest awarner [MVP] Posted January 11, 2004 Report Share Posted January 11, 2004 To downgrade the bootloader you either need to use Winhex and find a copy of the bootlaoder on the net. Or an easier method it to find someone who can copy the bootloader onto an SD card using USBTerm then you can load the copied bootloader onto the phone. Guest Bingbong Posted January 15, 2004 Report Share Posted January 15, 2004 I have unlocked my SPV. The SPV has Canary v0.98. I can't unlock it with SPV unlock. Today I have unlocked it with SPVunlock2 because the ROM version is lower than 1.6. So my question is. Does the ability to Network Unlock the SPV depands on the Canary or the ROm version.
