Guest BrAGoL Posted June 15, 2004 Report Share Posted June 15, 2004 @walangsd you can install apps in your voyager whether it's still locked or unlocked... the topic we were talking here are about SIM Unlocking... not application unlocking... and AFAIK, SMART never releases any APPS-locked units...
