Guest honeytel2 Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 Anyone here??? i need the pop3 and smtp of yahoo and hotmail pls...
Guest BrAGoL Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 you have to pay for those services... better subscribe to any local ISP provider to check your mail via outlook or your smartphone...
Guest adi116 Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 Or you could try free POP3 email services such as softhome.net and hotpop.com
Guest aldousbee Posted February 3, 2004 Report Posted February 3, 2004 or you can "fake" it, that is assuming that we are talking about a pc and not a smartphone.. using a smartphone and a "fake" yahoo smtp/pop server is close to impossible. (tho it can be done.. but very hard IMHO)... for POP you can use Yahoopops, and for SMTP - you can set up your own server, or personal Mail servers like ADR or Advanced Mail Remailer. (BTW i use this kind of setup)

(BTW i use this kind of setup) For Hotmail, you need personal mail server anymore. Outlook express can be configured to to check and send mails using your hotmail account. Just run the account wizard and select hotmail, enter your hotmail account and password and that's all...
