(tho it can be done.. but very hard IMHO)... for POP you can use Yahoopops, and for SMTP - you can set up your own server, or personal Mail servers like ADR or Advanced Mail Remailer. (BTW i use this kind of setup) For Hotmail, you need personal mail server anymore. Outlook express can be configured to to check and send mails using your hotmail account.
