SMTP is available from verizon now I can relay!

I just got an e-mail from a my Data CS rep.

You have to be on a data plan for this to work. I am on the unlimited PDA/SmartPhone Plan.

Register at www.vztext.com

I use my i600 as a modem for my PC.

I have my dialup connection set to:

Phone Number: #777

username: [email protected]

password: vzw

Outlook Internet Account set to:

Incoming mail (POP3): your_mail_server_for_your_ISP

Outgoing mail (SMTP): smtp.vzwmail.net

Incomming mail server:

Account Name: the one assigned to you by your ISP

Password: ########

Outgoing mail server:

Account Name: ([email protected])

Password: (The one from www.vtext.com)

Now the SMTP server will not be up and running until tonight sometime.
