i've used xbar2.1 in few weaks and most time i force auto clean by pressing ''#'' it's hang my phone and i've to take off battery to turn off my phone. :x

I must say I have not come across phone lock-up after forcing autoclean.

I used to experience lock-ups when I experimented with AUTOCLEAN settings in xbar_cfg. This happened when setting AUTOCLEAN at low levels such as 50-60%. I believe certain native applications can benefit most from AUTOCLEAN but over a period of time 'memory leakage' can mean the only option is to reboot.

I have set AUTOCLEAN at 90 (Default) and PRIORITY=1 in xbar_cfg.

I am using SPV E100.

I noticed two problems with XBar 2 and installed version 2.2 to see if it fixed the problem. Both problems still exist... It may not actually be XBar, but the other apps I am trying to use... Below are the issues, anyone have any advice?

1. Trying to use the 4,5,6 copy/paste exe's as posted in the beginning of the following thread. The problem is that the 5 second copy isn't working. After I open XBar and select 5 I can move the cursor and see text being highlighted. Then, after the 5 seconds is over it replaces the highlighted text with a '0' and when you try to paste it there is nothing pasted. I changed the text entry mode to ABC, English, and 123 and had the same result each time.

2. When trying to use Smart Insert as posted in the following thread, it doesn't work. After I open XBar and select 7 the Smart Insert smilies show up, I select one, then it just puts a '0' and space for any of the faces I select.

By the way... I'm using this on an Imate Smartphone 2 Voyager.

Hmmm it's been awhile since I used the copy/paste "plugin" for X-Bar.

X-Bar 2 has a built in copy / paste .. which suits my needs fine! Did you try using that instead!?

Again .. SmartInsert works flawlessly for me and X-Bar 2.2

1. Yes, I'm now using the copy/paste in Xbar. I was just used to the other method. The built in functionality in Xbar to copy/paste will probably be just fine for me. Just need to get used to the new way of doing it. thanks...

By the way, according to my fren, xbar does not allow Mr Magoo's Bluetooth toggler to work....any ideas?

I've noticed that xbar (ver 2.1 at least, haven't updated yet) and thunderhawk don't play well together. I've remapped the xbar action button to the voice record button on my i600 and that helps a lot. But it is still a little strange. Any suggestions? Am I just imagining this?

I just got xBar and installed 2.2...

The button to activate xBar doesn´t work for anything other then starting xBar, if I asign the button to another button the new button gets the same problem... and it causes my phone to work slow and freeze.

Uninstalled it now and everything works fine.

I have a Qtek 8080.

If it´s a known problem the software shouldn´t be released coz I feel that I just trown money in the lake for this app!

E100 & eWallet - I reassigned the default XBar button, to the voice record button, as it was not allowing to update fields in eWallet.

i use xbar 2.2 on my qtek7070 and not have any problem
