Unlocking problem

Portugal should be fine but it also says this :

"1. That your SPV has previously been used to connect to the Internet at least once. This allows us to automatically register your SPV details with the provider of the lock/unlock service, so that we can accurately identify your device before unlocking it."

It´s just to let you know that i have unlocked my phone,tanks to the coolsmartphone site and whowever gave me the adress.

And it was a really simple procedure.
