With Smart Explorer, open your IPSM folder and locate "cemail.vol" file (it should be the one after the application data folder). Then delete it and restart your phone. (I tucked it in another folder first without deleting it to be on the safe side. Then I tried to send and receive SMS, MMS and email. So far it works) And no more fake alert.

hindi naman kailangang i-delete yung cemail.vol... what you need to do is to change the name or RENAME it to what ever you like then restart your phone then the message is gone.

note: bear in mind that all of your messages in your phone will be lost so better make a back-up file para sa inbox mo.

thanks to pyke's help with this

Pag rename then delete kasi, pati inbox msgs burado rin.
