Active sync would not work, spent ages on the phone to ocs tech support with no joy... 3. Joystick would not move down the page 4. Kept on hanging on the sunrise screen, meaning I'd have to do a hard reset agin. 5. Delivered today, has water damage on the screen (inside!) 6. It's coming tomorrow And they say I cannot have a different phone as the faults have not been the same... I think that the Orange insurance is a con as you are meant to pay £15 if the phone goes wrong... I totally agree if the phone has been lost, stolen or damaged, but when it's a model that likes to go wrong every so often it's a damn cheek! Anyone else had lots of problems?
