Help... I'm from Italy (SPV e100)

Hi boys! First of all I want to say that I'm sorry for my english... I think that it can be considered "poor".. Anyway, the problem is:

I bought a SPV e100 from an ebay user, he told me that I can easily unlock it, but when I put my SIM card inside it I can read this message:

Enter unlocking code

Password incorrect. Retray after 61440 secs.

But this 61440 secs are not passing... the message is always "Retray after 61440 secs". What should I do? (The message is in french).

I've tried with an hard reset... no result..

Should I try upgrading the software?

Welcome to the site ;)

To unlock the phone you need to use a pc based application which will retrieve the code you require to enter.

I have the unlocking code, but it's impossible to digit it... I only have the message i posted on the screen of the spv, but everything it's blocked and I can't do anything do change this situation... I hope yoiu can understand...

Try doing a upgrade (or re-applying the update) this might reset the unlock counter (not sure but worth a try) short of that not a lot else you can do.

id go for that. put the phone in the bootloader (same procedure as hard reset but dont press action key) then run the update from the pc.
