O2 large font doesn't work????

I'm the adinistrator of the company with many smartphones,

Qtek 7070, E200, E100 and O2. The Qtek and oranges phones are UK version and English Only. I can change them to large font easily.

Th O2 were bought from Hongkong and are both English and Chinese. The problem is that I can't change the font size on those phones to large font.

All my users with O2 are begging me to fix it.

Any idea???
