The easiest way is to install the skin on your phone. Copy the resulting .xml file to your PC and open it up with Notepad. You'll need to know how to edit xml but then Leon himself started from scratch doing exactly the same method. It is against forum rules. Have you managed to download the zip file to your PC ? Do you have WinZip installed on your PC ? Have you managed to unzip it and extract the .hme file ? Simply copy the hme file to IPSM (or Storage) Windows Start Menu Accessories. Then go to the Accessories folder in the Programs menu and click on the icon for the hme file.
