After restoring my E200 using Sprite Back Up, I seem to have developed the "bogus" alarm bug :D

I've read all the posts about renaming then deleting your mxip_initdb.vol file, but I can't do this on my E200 :?: :?:

I get an error messaging (see below) I can however rename this file on my old E100 :?

Any ideas anyone :?:

Cheers

Simon

keep it simple :D

assuming you have the alarm going off at time when its not set, i think the best fix is to set the alarm to the time it rings then switching it off again.

I actually already did that (after reading someone elses post about the alarm bug) and it does seem to have worked, BUT, it still went off once the other day at this "bogus" time, so I wondered if it might be say a weekly alarm or something?

Anyway, it's not gone off for a few days now so maybe it's sorted :D

Thanks!
