Well now you can :D A new tweak has been found to change the order of the main settings and other settings screens, and create your own custom settings screens. This enables you to change the order of the settings to your preferences rather than the order chosen by MS (Am I the only one who thinks that the Date and Time settings are back to front? surely the Alarm On/Off is the most used option and should be first :D) For more detail/instructions/files, click here.
