@RobPowell, Yes you'll loose all your contacts I just backed all mine up too outlook first. Shouldn't need to do a hard reset but - Hold the power button and the action (blue) button at the same time.

@xeost did u try the codes that i posted before? http://techsupt.winbatch.com/TS/T000001050F49.html. It worked for me with UK english, just selected it from the regional settings and then turned phone on and off

let me just state that this rom IS ILLEGAL, if it breaks your phone, tough, it will void your warranty, and no software company will support a WM2K3 MPx200 if their software does not work with it.

MoDaCo does not condone the use of illegal roms, and we recommend you do not install this rom.

I don't like it the way it is now.

Seems like the resolution being sent to the screen does not match the actual screen resolution. (I know that sounds weird)

On a previous post somebody mentions there is no 900 band, just 1900 and 1800 is this correct?

Any news on how to get MMS going? The software on the CD won't install for that version of Windows.

Illegal! it was flipping criminal it wasn't released officially anyway. Besides if Moto and Microsoft were giving it away to any tom dick and harry at that confrence I can't see them being that bothered.

I have tried it, and it works great, more responsive than 2002, and it boots up faster. How the mpx200 should have been in the first place.

Just be carefull and follow the instructions to a tee. You will be alright

I only get two bands.

Can someone confirm the resolution problem I am getting.

Seems this ROM is for a higher resolution and it makes my text fuzzy.

ye, I think the text looks a little fuzzy aswell on some sections

the text is anti-aliased, easily removed though, just look in the customisation section

its not quiet here - they are only patching all at the moment :-)

First bug:

I started a call, and it keept making the typical sound of calling, and i heard a crack, looked at teh screen and the seconds were counting and the other person was earing me but the "typical sound of calling" keept ringing.

After a few seconds the call came back to normal and i started listennig to the person.

After i finnished the call, i tried to hang-up but the keypad wouldn'r respond, it blocked!!!

Hope this thing never happens again!!!

Anyone has any similar problems???
