Guest SmartVoyager Posted July 23, 2004 Report Share Posted July 23, 2004 I have opened a trouble ticket with them. There is a problem with a hidden user account on the load. It cannot find some .cpl file or something like that. Call Pumatech and they can run you through the troubleshooting. I had to roll back to 2002. Guest mawold Posted July 26, 2004 Report Share Posted July 26, 2004 I tried using Pumatech's support to get this resolved to no avail. It would appear that they don't support the new 2003 release. I asked them for a refund of the purchase price and received it! Hopefully they will be attacking the problem and coming out with a new relase. This software was the only one I found that could sync multiple Outlook contact databases all at one time. I have my personal contacts along with company contacts in a totally seperate public folder tree. If anyone knows of another sync package that can handle this, I would appreciate it. Thanks, Mark.
