Corrupt SIM card

Any of ya'll ever had the problem where the MPX corrupts your SIM card? It's happened to two of my SIM cards within 3 months... shows an error message saying " UNRECOGNISED SIM STATUS.... CONTACT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE... error 131584"

Any ideas?

First time i reported it it took Orange about 1.5 weeks to replac my SIM cos the tech dept did'nt know what the prob was... on receiveing the new one i sent the old SIM back so the could have a look at it. Now, i reported yesterday and their system pc came up with a message saying replace with MPX200 sim card... so i suspect there is a bug and they have now found the solution thus have a special SIM for MPX's that can tackle the problem.
