What do you mean by loose? if you mean when the flip is half open this is normal,the hinge should be fairly rigid when fully open or closed. Mine is relatively loose, (couple of mm maybe) and my mother's is actually rock solid stable, whilst my friend's is loose but not as bad as mine, also i'm the only one of the three of us with a dead backlight on the keypad :/ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
