Guest Zim Posted July 27, 2004 Report Share Posted July 27, 2004 soft reset is a simple reboot of the phone hard reset, wipes the flash memory and restores the phone to its origional state. to hard reset. Hold down the power button and 'down' button on the d-pad.. the phone should vibrate and go into the bios. click on memory test (option 4) the on NAND Format (option 2) and that should hard reset the phone, click on reboot and bingo..good as new "Z" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
