The program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have adequate system permissions.After some fiddling, I discovered that nethack and PHM Regedit (also installed from cab files), both work fine. A quick bit of digging lead me to the following conclusion, this line: exists within the _setup.xml file for nethack, and a similar line for PHM Regedit, but there is no such line for doom or wolf3D. Anyone not yet figured out precisely the effect this line has, but am willing to experiment if anyone can point me in the direction of something to build cab files. I'd also like to know who suffers similar effects, anyone with a phone that isn't an MPx200 running wm2003 got any tales to tell? Anyone been able to get it running on their wm2003 MPx200.
