Guest Godfather Posted July 30, 2004 Report Share Posted July 30, 2004 I installed the W2003 ROM update for my MPx200 and I tried to install the ClearVue Software on my phone. It goes through saying activating then it says registering Uninstall, then I get a message saying "An internal error occurred while activating the ClearVue viewer software. Please reinsert the storage card containing the ClearVue viewer software and try again. (00000000)" I tried doing a hard reset to see if I messed up the ROM installation, but I get the same thing. I have two of the ClearVue Software cards and they both don't work, so it can't be the cards because they worked on the W2002. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Guest Toad Posted August 1, 2004 Report Share Posted August 1, 2004 I could never even get it to work with the 2002 OS. Just run one of the .exe files on the SD card, and the program should start up (if one of them doesn't work, try a different one). You don't need to use the installer.
