Smart Telecoms' (Philippines) latest ROM version for e100 (SAP) is version 1.8.13.2 http://www.smart.com.ph/SMART/Products/Sma...P_downloads.htm I believe this will network LOCK your phone to Smart telco. What about the SPV? If you mean updates then the same update works on both E100 and SPV. As for Application unlocking, the same thing applies.
