Guest NickB&SPV Posted September 8, 2004 Report Share Posted September 8, 2004 To fix the grey box around the large icons when moving down the homescreen, open the XML in Wordpad and scroll down to the 'iconbar' plug-in. Then look for plugin focus='PARTIAL', follow the line along to half highlight and change the 'COLOR_NOTIFTRAY' to 'transparent' and the grey box on the large icon will have gone!! Look here: Mine: Yours: I have found that clicking the alarm link causes the phone to lockup some times. Friends with the C500 also confirm this problem. You should then be able to copy the new version with Activesync.
