Can not application unlock the SPV E200.

I try to use this link: http://developer.orangews.com/orgspv/comdef.aspx

After selection, it says:

Your SPV will be unlocked shortly and a message will appear on the screen of your SPV to confirm this. Please note that it may take upto 5 minutes for your device to be unlocked.

This is the message that will appear on your SPV.

But after that, my E200 try to access the Internet, says: Error: Unable to connect. Verify you have network coverage and try again.

So how should I do now? Many thanks!

Restart your phone, then try to connect to the internet again.

It may be that you just did not have a signal when you tried the first time. The unlock process should not affect the GPRS capability of the phone.

Did you connect to the internet before you application unlocked ?

CEO, are you still using your O2 sim card??

If this is the case then this is your problem. The phone is not set-up to work through O2. You will need to get the O2 settings onto your phone.

Not sure though if this will still work though because you are using an Orange website to unlock a phone thats on another network.

Oh, and if your on PAYG then you must have credit on yer phone!! :roll:

Yes, I'm using my O2 sim card, pay monthly.

But the smartphone has been connected internet through AstiveSync with my PC.

Do you mean if I change to a Orange Sim card, then the problem will gone?
