Question about Application Unlock

Im using an e200 which i got off a friend. The phone was application unlocked however i try to run sprite backup and get the message that the phone is locked, other software like smart explorer still work though, i went onto the orange website and tried the app unlock, it didnt work, then installed the program on the site and it said the lock was running, im using a tmobile sim card and have tmobile settings on the phone that allow me to access the internet, please advise

If you do not have an Orange SIM in your phone you will need

to use Passthrough (Internet through your PC)to application

unlock your phone on the Orange developers site.

passthrough is what i am using, how do i select it though i gather i am using it because if i use the o2 sim in the phone it still works even though the grps settings are tmobile.
