A multi phone unlocker in your C500

i have copied the file onto the phone but it does not appear in the java list to install any help please

Me too if i change the file name to .jar I can see it but does'nt work.

And if i click on it when its .rar then open it with java I get

"Failed to Install the MIDlet"

Help Pls
