qtek 8080 with bluetooth headset turns phone off

Hi all,

I searched the site and googled before i posted this, but i don't seem to find a proper answer. here's the deal:

I have a qtek 8080 bought in Portugal. The operator's rom is 1.7.10.2 and the manufacturer is the same thing. I also have a sony ericsson hbh 300 headset and it works fine most of the times, but sometimes when starting a call or even in the middle of a call, the phone just shuts down, even if it has a full battery! Anyone has any insights into this?

And regarding rom updates, is there any update from qtek?(i still haven't been able to found a proper site for them except qtek.nu) is it possible to install other rom versions, for example the ones from imate or orange?
