Guest cortez Posted October 18, 2004 Report Posted October 18, 2004 best bet is to go by the store and ask for the phone. i called 2 stores and both said they didn't have it. i had to go to one of the stores for another reason and while i was there i asked someone if they could look for the phone and sure enough, it was there. i purchased the phone for $500 (350+150 upcharge)...why? because i'm going to try it for 30 days and if i like it i'll return it under BB's 30 day policy and then get it through cingular at a discounted price (wifey works for SBC).
Guest gsr264 Posted October 18, 2004 Report Posted October 18, 2004 Best Buys 30 day policy? What is their 30 day policy?
Guest dling1971 Posted October 18, 2004 Report Posted October 18, 2004 When I purchased mine...sales guy said 14 day return policy........that includes cell phones, computers, etc.
Guest McHale Posted October 18, 2004 Report Posted October 18, 2004 I *THINK* it's 14 days like dling said. If you're sure you're going to take it back, I wouldn't go longer than a week... -Mc
Guest gsr264 Posted October 18, 2004 Report Posted October 18, 2004 I understood it as 14 days as well.
